WE ARE CHANGING WAREHOUSES!

PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS PLACED ON OR AFTER JANUARY 17, 2022, MAY NOT SHIP UNTIL THE FIRST WEEK OF FEBRUARY 2022. THE DELAY IS BECAUSE WE ARE MOVING OUR WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS FROM MINNESOTA TO NEW JERSEY.

Shipping Policy 

WE SHIP FROM THE USA! *Please note that delivery times are based on eligible, in-stock products available from our Greenbrook, NJ warehouse (looking for Canada...click HERE for Canadian delivery times).
 
Below is a guide from FedEx which illustrates their typical shipping times for orders placed in the USA ONLY.  Note that we carry some products that ship directly from our manufacturing partners. These products may not meet these guidelines below.
 

The shipping method you choose along with the size and weight of your order will dictate the costs for delivery. Our goal is to consolidate items when shipping, but there are times when certain components may ship from other locations or direct (drop ship) from a manufacturer due to product availability, etc. Rest assured that additional shipping charges are not applied in these instances.

Our default shipping carrier is FedEx, however we do utilize other carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, etc. for many orders.

To keep your shipping costs as low as possible, all orders ship without the requirement of a Signature Upon Delivery. If you require a Signature Upon Delivery to ensure your order is delivered in person and signed for by you (or your representative), simply check the Signature Upon Delivery box in the Shipping option section in the checkout process. Please note a $10.00 charge will be applied for this service.

XHP TIP: For the FASTEST DELIVERY possible, have your order shipped to a business address. Orders shipped to a business address are PRIORITIZED by most shipping companies.

NOTE: Free shipping only applies within the continental United States.

Priority Shipping

If you are looking for a priority shipping option to ensure a guaranteed delivery date for your order, please enter your province and postal code into our Estimate Shipping section on the checkout page for a full list of shipping options. Should you choose any type of priority shipping option through our automated checkout system, all items in your cart will ship via that shipping option. Please note orders received after FedEx pick up, will be sent the following business day.
