Fast, fair shipping from our warehouses.
We ship across the United States and Canada, from small training aids to full facility freight. Rates and timing depend on the product and your destination; individual product pages may list their own shipping terms, which take priority over this general policy.
Coast to Coast, Across the Border
We ship to every U.S. state and across Canada, including every NHL city. Many in-stock training products qualify for free U.S. shipping; look for the free-shipping badge on the product page.
Cross-border orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees set by the destination country. Those charges are the customer’s responsibility.
When Orders Ship
- In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days
- Made-to-order and custom facility items ship on a quoted timeline
- You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays
How Shipping Is Calculated
Small goods are rated by weight and destination at checkout. Freight and oversized items (goals, dividers, ProWall, lockers, flooring) are quoted individually so you only pay actual freight.

Large & Facility Orders
- Freight orders ship via LTL carrier with a scheduled delivery appointment
- Inspect your shipment on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt
- Installation and white-glove delivery are available on many facility builds
- Report shipping damage within 48 hours with photos so we can act fast
