Built for the low- to mid-level player, the Tacks Classic shoulder pads provide players with a feel that brings comfort and protection to every nook and cranny of the upper body. Enhanced from the 3092 base model, the Classic includes many features from the step-up 5092s, enhancing protection and rounding out with excellent mobility.
The updated features include adjustable bicep guards that allow the player to choose where to receive the most protection (obviously, this depends on playing style). A molded foam armor jacket across the ribs and belly is extremely lightweight and is one of the better features of the 5092 model that is incorporated into the Classic. The final addition to the 3092 base is the molded foam and PE shoulder caps include an exposed upper, allowing the player to have a full-range feel without sacrificing top-end protection.
The sternum and spine are well protected thanks to a floating, lightweight plate, which moves along with you rather than hunker you down and make you play robotic. With the advancements and already great features in the base, the Classic shoulder pads allow you to move freely and without fear of injury.
