Hockey is a contact sport that delivers hits from all angles at different speeds and impact areas. CCM is combating the head injury issues with the FitLite 3DS, which is designed to absorb impacts of all types and keep you safe at all areas of the ice.
D30 Smart Material is featured throughout the helmet's padding, working alongside rate sensitive shock absorbing properties to take in most of all impacts, keeping you safe from hits that might normally jar you. Used at the pro level, the D30 Smart Material is a top-of-the-line feature that is a leader in the industry. The ABS Subshell, which is accompanied with high density PE, provides a lightweight, professional-level protection that adds to the tremendous protection CCM continues to provide.
Another feature that CCM has continued to improve with every line of helmets is the fit. Fully customizable, the 3DS includes a Microdial III system with low density, flexible EPP with memory foam for a comfortable, 360-degree wrap around your head to keep the helmet in place during game play.
The combo includes a FM 680 facemask with thin, flat wires for perfect vision and a new multi-density foam chin cup that is designed to provide excellent comfort and water management.
Available in many colors, the FitLite 3DS is made for the pro player, allowing it to protect skaters at all levels.
